When I try to start using Jira Software, I click on “Get for free” or “Start trial”, I go to the site registration page, enter the site name and an error appears. And I have no idea how to solve this problem because in order to ask a question in support need to specify the name of the site, but I haven’t unregistered it yet.

Are you attempting to register for the product from a system that would be using a Russian or Belarussian IP? Atlassian has stopped doing business with those locations as documented here:
