Hello All,
We are new to Jira and have signed up for Jira Service Management & Confluence. For some reasons, we created a new instance and transferred our data from the first instance (Cloud) to the new instance (Cloud). All the data were successfully updated.
However, when trying to open any organization under Projects > Directory > Organizations, I'm getting the following error (see attached screenshot for expected and actual output):
"We couldn’t find that organization
Looks like we’re having trouble connecting, or this organization may have been removed."
I get the same error when opening a customer. I tried removing and re-adding organizations and customers, but the issue persists. I'm an Org Admin, so this is clearly not a permission issue.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I just discovered I'm getting the same error today so I submitted a Support case. I'll post here again once it is resolved.
