we have a start-date (its a custom field, created by myself, called Startdatum) in our onboarding tickets.
I cannot sort my queue by this custom field.
Can you may help me in this case?
As you can see, this field is configured as a date picker:
Can you edit the queue, switch to JQL (if you're not already there) and show us the filter and columns config?
I have a custom date picker field in my project and I'm able to sort my queues with it. The field does look strange in your image as well (text is lighter) which I haven't seen before.
