Today when getting a new ticket in our queue, I cannot assign that ticket to a user.
I get this message when I try and assign it to one of my team members "User '5ad7a75f34f1e62b1ac9451c' cannot be assigned issues." This worked yesterday and I cannot figure out what is going on. I've check permissions, project team members, screens, and other settings. Any ideas?
