Apart from using VPN is there anything I can do from our side to fix this access issue?

Kind regards,

Hi @jeffrey Sjauw mook

Welcome.

If I ping this, I get a different IP.

If I just access it from the my home connection. I get on the site telling me I don't have access.

So the site is reachable.

Check you network or firewall with you IT department.

If you use IP whitelisting at your end to reach information, you need to whitelist all of the following, see https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

The is issue seems to be the DNS setting from  the ISP.

We had to clear all the local dns caches.

Thanks for the tip!
