When trying to write a service ticket, I am unable to drag and drop an attachment from an Outlook email into the form while using Firefox. It works fine from Chrome.
When I drag the attachment into the form, it appears as though its working, but when I release the mouse, nothing happens - there's no attachment.
Hello @Nicolas Grossi . Thank you for the Welcome.

Yes, I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that....I've done that and that works fine. I can drag the file from the downloads folder or from another folder on the system, just not directly from the email, which is what the client wants to be able to do.

I'm also having the same issue when dragging an email from Outlook to Firefox. Also works fine if dragging an .msg file from outside of outlook.

I have contacted Mozilla and it seems that the problem is with the Browser itself. They suggest updating to the latest version.
I haven't been able to test it yet because our updates are managed by a system-wide Administrator. I will test on my personal computer and report back.

Hmm. Thanks for the reply. I just upgraded from Firefox v108 to v108.0.1 (which is listed as the most current stable version) and both are giving me the same issue.
Thanks though!

Oh boy! That is disappointing. I will pass that information on to Mozilla.
