i take over the administration of our JIRA SM Portal.
There is one automation installed, which edits the summary of the notification mail.
For Example:
there are two USER TYPES defined in the Autmation.
INTERNAL USER and EXTERNAL USER
When i raise a ticket for modification on an external user, the user name will not be attached in the subject line like for internal users.
MY Question: For error analysis I would like to compare USER TYPE internal and external. Where can I find this option to do that?
