Can I have two email addresses associated with one jira service desk project?

On Cloud you have the one Atlassian provided and you can create one custom email.

Unfortunately, we need both email addresses to have our domain name in it.

That isn’t an option OOTB. Consider an addon like JETI or similar.

@Marek, I agree with Jack. Use JETI. It is a good and inexpensive application that will give you advanced email handling features.
