I integrated Opsgenie with JSM, using ITSM project in JSM, the alerts are received in the project queue from Opsgenie, however, in the integration I setup the alert type to incident but still not going to the incident queue in JSM it is appeared as a ticket in teh ticket queue. I added a new queue called test Incidents to separate incidents from tasks and managed to separate the queues this way, but ideally the incident queue in ITSM project should by default be receiving issue type incident but this is not happening, wondering why JSM has pre defined incidents, service requests and problems while they are not setup to receive particular queue type if anyone can help is greatly appreciated.
