Troubleshooting outgoing email

Email notification of created issue isn't reaching assignee. How can I see the outgoing email logs for troubleshooting?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Checking the details of your site, I can see that everyone have the same email domain, so I checked the domain on our tools to see if there were any blocks or bounces and found the following error on four email addresses:

550: 550 rejected because recipient verify failed - user not found

I removed the bounces and the notifications should work now. 

If they are still facing issues, can you please let us know if they are not receiving only the notification for the issue created? Are they receiving other notifications, for example, when someone comments on a ticket?
