Hello!
I am an administrator of a team managed Jira Service Desk project. At some point the workflow stopped working in the project, and I can't seem to find the reason why.
It used to automatically transition from Waiting for customer to Waiting for support and vice-versa on each reply. I can't seem to check the transition triggers as well, do I need to have some global admin rights to be able to see and change transition triggers?

Can you share some details about the automation rule you're using? Have you checked if your issue is related to legacy automation?
