Transition screen on Queues doesn't work after reloading the page. Are there any changes introduced?

Two days ago I noticed some unexpected behaviour in JSM. So sometimes in the Transition screen I can't see the editor and sometimes it just doesn't open for me (there is a spinner forever). I noticed that it only works as expected in case when I open an issue in the new browser card and if I switch to Queues without reloading. Only then I can see the transition screen normally but when I reload the page I can't open the dialog or sometimes it opens but without the editor. In this situation I can also see some errors in the console.
This issue happens for me on every Jira instance, also for the other users. I also have a video recording but I don't know how to insert it here. Generally it looks like a bug for me. Have any changes been made to Jira recently?
