I have a transition triggered rule which has been working for over a few months over time. The rule was not working from the 7 Dec. (after the last Atlassian Incident https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/)
@Oleksandr Tolochko Have you tried make a small change to your automation and saving it again to see if that gets it working again. You might also try rebuilding the trigger and saving it.

Sure I have tried it but the result is the same, and when I change the trigger from Issue transitioned to Manual trigger - it works fine.
I have made a workaround rule (JQL Scheduled) and currently, it works good ;)
