Hi all
We store our SaaS Licenses in our CRM. I would like to get that data into JSM so when a support person looks at a ticket they can check licenses and end dates against the org.
However the org fields seem very limited. Anyone got any ideas on how to achieve this?
Example below of the data table
Product Name, License End Date, License Quantity
Product Name 2, License End Date 2, License Quantity 2
