The search bar, the "requests" button and other parts of the platform are not being automatically translated to Portuguese BR and I don't have control over those texts to translate it myself. Where may I report this kind of issue?

When adding another language to the project, for the portal to be translated, the customer must select their language on their profile.
It’s possible to set the default language of the project to Portuguese and also the indexing and the default language of the site, but the customer also needs to change their language on the portal.
Please, ask them to go to Profile picture > Profile > Language and change to Portuguese.
In case the customer has an Atlassian account, they need to change it on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences.

Did you change the default language to Portuguese?
In addition, on your service desk project, did you activated the language support for your customers? Most likely it will need a review.
It would be nice if you could share a screenshot of all the places you can't change the text. If you are on a paid plan, you can always contact Jira support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact)
