Hello all,
I work in an organization where there is only one department working Agile and using Jira and we always have dependencies outside of the department such as: operational (logistic), contract signing, legal, comercial and so on.
We are also working in an environment where the teams are pre-defined around an area of working (like logistic, e-commerce etc) and we have big projects which affects more Agile teams, other departaments, other vendors hence a Project Manager.
My problem is that it's hard for my team and myself as a Scrum Master to see an end to end plan of the project.
Because: I can't create all activities in Jira as some of them are only placeholders and in someone else's responsibility, to have everything in Excel it's a double work in keeping everything aligned also with Jira and sometimes had to work with.
So I have two questions:
1. Do you also have this problem or it's just me who doesn't like excels? :))
2. How did you solve or how do you work in your organization so that it's better?
