Hello,
I want to change the velocity chart timeframe as per below article and was wondering if this feature is still active since the article is from 2021, can anyone check, please?

Jira Cloud comes with limited reporting options, and you can't even select which sprints to show.
That's why we created two apps:
Both of the them include Team/Cross-team Velocity chart, which has a lot of options to select which sprints to show:
Once you configured chart to see needed set of sprints, you can go deep to understand the story behind the sprint and investigate the meaningful breakdown:

I just checked on my test system and those options don't seem to be available on Cloud. The article you mentioned is for Data Center, not for Cloud...
But, instead of this limited report, you could try the velocity gadgets offered by our Great Gadgets app.
The Team Velocity gadget let's you select the timeframe for the sprints to be displayed in the chart, similar to the article that you mentioned.
The timeframe can be set on More Setting tab of the gadget:
Also, the Kanban Velocity / Throughput gadget let's you display the completed work for past time intervals, without being necessary to have sprints.
See more about these gadgets (and the many others offered by the same app) in these articles:

Hope this helps.
