Hi,
Every time a ticket is submitted by email, it gets duplicated in our board. I've no rules configured.
Any ideas?
It can be a lot of things, e.g. duplicate mail handlers, legacy automation, ..

My first troubleshooting tip would be to look at the history tab of each and look for clues, e.g. who created, field differences etc
