Hi,
Our customers are getting Bounce Mail from bounce@atlassian.net when they try to add service desk mail id in an ongoing mail thread.
Secondly, in some cases ticket is getting created but request participants are not added properly.
Attaching a screenshot in which Service Desk mail id was added in an ongoing mail thread, but none of the request participants were added which were marked in TO or CC.
Because of which, people marked in the mail are unable to view or add comments in the ticket.
Please check.
