Is there a way to find out how an issue was created beyond the history or activity tabs within the issue?

For Server/Data Center products you should see that in the Channel field, as per this article.
Thank you, @Trudy Claspill. I was hoping for something beyond the Channel section and History tab, like a log file or something along those lines. The options within the issue view lack detail.
