Thumbnails of images in the description of an issue created by email
Good morning everyone,
Does anyone knows why when a customer creates an issue through email, the images are not displayed correctly ?
Two problems
- The images are available as attachements, but their name is always "image.png"
- I have to add a leading "- " in front of the image in order to make it appear...
I've been through some documention I found related to that, without success.
Ex :
The closest ticket I found is
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4064 talking about when "multiple screenshots are included", [...] "annoyance having to click thru every one", [...] "if screenshots were included at full size". Really looks like the same kind of trouble by I couldn't see how to solve the problem.
Can anyone help ?
