Still see Done cases on the queue and I'm getting a weird pop up says "Queue data may be outdated, we are unable to refresh the queue data, check your internet connection".
My internet connection is perfect.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you are using a Classic or a Next-gen project.
Is it affecting all agents?
How many tickets are listed in your queue?
Can you open the developer tools and check on the Console tab if it shows any additional error?
Have you tried editing the filter of the queue? If possible, share the filter with us so we can test the same one here.
