Hi
the reporter has created tickets and is unable to see those tickets. The ticket count is showing up correctly. but unable to see the tickets.
I have checked, the user is added to the right groups and projects.
Any help to resolve the issue is highly appreciated.

Can you please go portal through issue view as shown below and check if you can see the ticket in portal.
Also try to clear all the filter in portal and search by ticket Id -
If you still not able to see the tickets list, kindly open a support ticket to Atlassian (since you are on a paid plan) to resolve your issue https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
