Hello Community,
I would highly appreciate your assistance/help in a matter that is bothering our company.
Some of our Jira Cloud users are receiving emails, as an answers from clients to already created ticket, and right after that the same email from Jira ticketing system (See attachments)
1.email straight to gmail
2.email 1 minute later from Jira ticketing system
This have happened recently and before that we didn't have this issue.
Can you, please, help to fix this issue?

If the recipient of the email is a licensed user to Jira and the Jira Notification Scheme is set up to send messages in that project AND they met the customer notification in JSD, Jira will send them two messages. I would start looking there first. Hope this helps!
