Hello Dears ,
please i need to know what is The fundamental difference between ME service desk and Jira service desk.
Currently we are using ME service desk in our web hosting company and we have a large number of external customer.
So, I need to know that before we move to using Jira service desk :
1- What is the features in Jira service desk ?
2- What the the limited number of technicians ?
3- What is the number of requester (External customers) ?
