The automatic ticket response comes from another mail account

Hello, We have a situation where we need your help to resolve it. We created the TG-SEC Support project. When we send a ticket to support@tgsec.ba, we receive an automatic response that the ticket has been received at the email address support@tgsec.com. How to set the answer to come from the e-mail address to which the ticket support@tgsec.ba is open? Is there a problem with Jira settings or is it possible that there is a problem or some formwarder on the mail server? Thanks for your reply.
