I came across a youtube with this feature in JIRA.
Does anyone know where to find this button or how to activate it?
I currently have the free Cloud version of Jira Service Manager for my tests but we will probably go with the Premium version at the end of the summer.

Yes, this feature is available on the Data Center versions, it's called "Canned responses" or something similar.
For cloud you would need something like this app:

I had already voted for this feature which is in my 15 year old ticket software.
It's really sad to have to pay US$700 annually for 50 agents for such a basic feature.
We want to move to JIRA and this is the main feature that sticks in the team.
This is a very important feature for us...
