Hello,
I have 3 Teams that are created. When I go to an incident ticket and go to the responder field I start to type the name of the team and nothing populates. Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

When you setup Teams in your JSM, did you added the Team via your project side bar "Alerts" and then create the team via Opsgenie?
If you simply created the Team via the top navigation menu, then I don't believe you can use it for Incident responders field.
Please advise.

Just to add to @Joseph Chung Yin answer. If you are on the new Operations UI instead of Opsgenie you first have to go to the team and click on Operations, this will allow the team to be responders.
