When our service desk team receives an email notification about a submitted ticket (new ticket or changes on a ticket) the email prompts us to visit the portal in order to see the full history of the ticket and to reply to our customer.
How can I set-up the notifications received by our service desk team in order to contain the full history of the ticket in the received emails ?
