Good afternoon,
I have a question regarding the projects that are created as Team Managed Project.
Is it possible to create an access role that can only give access to the tasks created by that person?
I mean I have a project in which I want to give access to my client but I only want the client to be able to see the tickets that they create.
Hi @Andres Moncada - Unfortunately, this is not possible with Team Managed projects because it would require issue level security which is only available to Company Managed projects.
Hello @Andres Moncada
Can you confirm this concerns a Jira Service project (vs. Software project)?
For a Service project the client/customer should be accessing the issues through the support portal, which would give them access to see only the issues they create or that are shared with them.
Are you trying to give them licensed access to the project, like your internal Service Team Members have?
