So we got 5 different projects, where the clients can create a ticket and report a problem. Now we want to be better organized, so we would like have a another project, where all the tickets of the 5 projects are collected so we can have a better overview over the situation as a whole. Is this possible, and if yes, how?
You don’t want to create another project and duplicate all those tickets. The good news is you don’t need to do that in order to get a good overview of all the projects. You can easily accomplish this by using either a dashboard or maybe I Kanban board. You might find this useful - what-is-a-jira-dashboard
if you go the route of a Kanban board just create a filter that incorporates all projects.
