We need a way where external customers can book or reserve time slots for phone support.
Is there a way to get this done directly in Jira/Jira Desk/Confluence?
Would be good if a user can choose a date and time to book a support call. Already booked one should be unavailable
There is no such functionality out of the box. You would need to look at some sort of add-on to see if it meets your needs. Check the marketplace.
