After working really well for a number of months we have now become unable to close / resolve issues on the mobile app (used by on-site engineers), we have done the usual restarts / re-installs but with no success. Any ideas?
I do not believe so. We have made no changes to the workflow functions at all.
The Group of Companies has 2 x instances running of the JIRA service desk and both have stopped working at the same time.
We can still update from the web application just not from the mobile app.
I have determined that this issue only exists with android phones and iphones still work correctly.
