I had some problems getting servicemanagemet to work a few days ago. Now i managed to reinstall JSM but after a few days it says that JSM is licensed but not installed. On the other hand no mails are processed anymore and mails from our customers are not beeing put to JSM. Why is it working a few hours (one day) and afterwards nothing happens anymore?
What can i do? I am using the newest JSM und Jira Server Versions
Where can i get support for that Product?!?!?! I am sitting here for days and trying to get this piece of software to work again. Nothing works and this is just frustrating also there is no answer to any questions i post here. So what i can do to get this to work again? Where can i book a support ticket or get someone who knows what to do with this Software? Some sort of help would be great.
