One of my users (VP of Tech in our company) is having problems access Service Management. I have added him as a trusted user in User Management. In Service Management on the project he has the Service Desk Customer and Service Desk Team roles. When he clicks to access Service Management, he sees the project, but when he clicks that, it hangs. If he tries to search a specific feature, bug, etc, he gets the attached error. Please advise.
