I started this case last week with the support but didn't find any solutions to it, let me explain it :
We have a mail server and a few mail handlers on jira (hosted on cloud), that create tickets when we receive mails in the handlers.
Last week, the mail handlers started to ignore some mails that we were receiving, and so I have like 300 mails that are stucks in my labels and didn't create any messages.
I didn't change anything on our mails settings since 3 months, and about the same for jira.
Some mails with our domain name keeps creating tickets, but it's about 5% of our total of mails.
Does someone already encounter this problem and know how to deal with it ?
