For Jira Service Desk Cloud standard, I'm currently working on configuring "Project Automation" for a notification that should capture issue creation in pacific time and have tried all smart value options and am unable to capture a true Pacific Time for issue creation. Can someone tell me what is the smart value to use that would be used so that my company notifications reflect the true Pacific Time of issue creation in Jira Service Desk Cloud standard? Thanks so much for your feedback. I initially was using the same but in our major incident notification I was going to go with date and time separately for cleaner formatting within a sentence but will eventually be sticking to your recommendation.
