There is a daily site maintenance from atlassian between 1-3 . My question is what will happend with data between this time frame came from different sources? how to recover alerts or data/tickets during that time
Hi Syed - Any site maintenance done for Cloud should not result in any downtime for you.
Thank you for the helpful information. Is it possible to set the maintenance schedule to occur less frequently than daily, such as once a week, on a day and time that I can specify? I would prefer not to have daily maintenance if possible

Dear Funk according to Jira support if your site enters in maintenance mode and third party or api hitting your jira then the result is lossing data
