I recently tried to show the Channel field within our JSM queues - however, that's not possible. As far as I could find out, it is neither possible to edit the Channel nor show it within search results as a column.
Although I can search for it with JQL (e.g. issue.property["request.channel.type"].value = "portal") I wonder if I'm the only one missing this feature or if there is something I am overseeing?
