Hi,
Our users are based in multiple locations.
These locations are set in our local Active Directory, which syncs to Atlassian Access.
Is there any way to also sync the users location so that we can see what location the user is based in when they log a ticket?

Hi Euan, there is presently no way to update the "Based In" location attribute except by updating each profile one by one. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-766
