Hi, I'm looking for "Services" under Operations in the sidebar, this is in a Service project. I created a new Service project and can see it there, but for some reason not in the existing project. I found Alerts and On-call that would also normally appear under Operations, in Project Settings > Feature - both are currently switched off.
Hi, @Chris Steytler - the older project may have been created with a different template. If it was created when the product was still Jira Service Desk, it wouldn't have had Services as a choice. The Alerts and On-Call are options that have been made available to all Jira projects (including Jira Software), regardless of what template they were created from.
Unfortunately there's no easy way to change which template an existing project was created from.
