Hello team,
We have to extract key fields including subject and ticket number from a SNOW email notification into Jira Service Management. The key objective is to extract key fields from the email body coming via SNOW and update corresponding mapped fields in JSM. The email coming from Service Now will be in JSON format.
When there is an update or status change to the corresponding ticket in Jira Service Management, an email has to sent back to SNOW.
This is part of a 2-way email "integration with data extraction from email body and subject line".
We need guidance on how to set this configuration.
