Could anyone point me in the right direction of how to setup integrations from Service management requests to Alert UI (OpsGenie). There used to be a integration button that we could use, however it seems to have disappeared in the last 24hours.
Also, rereading your post to go from a JSM request I use an automation rule. You can either use the Email integration or API integration, if Email then have your automation rule in JSM simply send an email to the OpsGenie team email (created through integration tab) and it will generate the alert.
API integration you can use the Send web request action like below, where the highlighted parts would be your opsgenie team id and the token/geniekey the integration tab will provide for you

As a cloud user I'm still seeing the integration button in my OpsGenie/JSM Operations UI
And then you can add integration once you're on the tab
