Suddenly Service desk team unable to see service requests in Jira service Management portal.

Please check the permission scheme on the project, is the Service Desk Team role still exist?
If it is check under People if all members or the group of members is granted the role Service Desk Team.
Hi,
try and go to your service desk project > Project settings > Request types.
Select the aforementioned service request, click on "Edit groups" and add the Service Desk team again.
