Is it possible to set up 'Service desk' in a way that apart from being able to 'Send us any of those requests' etc... they can click on one of the icons which would transfer them to a new page with some training videos? So there would not be a form to submit 'ticket' to us but it would just transfer them to a new page where all those videos would be stored?
A quick fix/workaround might be to make a new request type (such a form) but not add any fields on it.
Then in the Description of the form you can add the link. It does take an extra click but you won't have to move away from the normal way of working.
