Hi,
Could you please help me in understanding the JIRA Service request creation.
As of now we have done ServiceNow integration with Jira, now JIRA is able to create RITM number at SNOW system but before RITM the Request (REQ) has to be created.
Is there any provision that JIRA can create REQ ?
This information is quite urgent, kindly help me.

How did you integrate it initially?
You can integrate Jira and ServiceNow very easily through an Exalate conneciton.
You can connect any ServiceNow entity (Incidents, Service Request, Request Item, etc) to Jira issues in any project, it could be started from any of the two ends.
You will also be able to sync any field (custom or not) bidirectionally.
