Hi all,
I have a portal group with 3 request type forms. I created the last of the 3 forms however, in testing, when I click "send", nothing happens. I don't receive any errors re: incomplete required fields and a jira ticket is not created. I've confirmed all required fields have been valued even though I didn't receive such error on screen. I've compared form settings etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

How does the form look like and is it linked to a issue type available in the project.
Are all the fields used on the create screen of the issue type.
There can be lots of reasons, can you provide some more details, configuration screenshots.
This will help the community members on getting to the problem of your issue.

Thank you Marc. I did check your first two points before posting this question. I actually came here to delete question because we have decided to implement a different process outside of the service portal. I do appreciate your response though.
