Service Desk notifications not sent to agents


I have two service desks set up with a shared notification scheme. The agents from one service desk receive notifications while the agents from the other service desk do not. This was done purposefully, however, I now need agents from the second desk to also receive notifications.

I cannot figure out how I turned notifications off for the second desk or how to reverse it. Any suggestions?

Welcome to community.  In the system admin section there is a notification helper that you can use to identify differences in the projects notifications. 

Are both projects classic service projects?
