I have two customers:
When they send autonomously a mail to Jira Service Desk we receive their mails without any problem.
When Customer1 sends a mail "on behalf of" Customer 2 Jira Service Desk does not process the mail it simply gets lost.
This is the heading of the mail:
Is it not possible to send mails to Jira Service Desk "on behalf of"?

@Paul Wilkinson Are you set up to only allow email requests from customers who are part of your service desk?

@Paul Wilkinson if you go to the administrative cog in the upper right and click applications and then go to email requests. Once there find the email account the messages are being sent to and view the log what are you seeing for the on behalf of emails?
