Service Desk MFA - What conditions (re)prompt for MFA code

Hi, 

We have set up a jira service desk portal for use with customers external to our organisation.

 

  1. They do not have a SSO solution so we are requesting that their users (external to us) log in to atlassian and enable MFA. Is there a way to enforce this?
  2. What is te expected behaviour is around MFA, the documentation does not seem to mention it? When do the users of the service desk portal get prompted to enter a new MFA token? We're getting limited success and some users are not being prompted.   
  3. Can we report on which users of our portal have MFA enabled??

 

We are Jira cloud, with jira service desk enabled.
