We have set up a jira service desk portal for use with customers external to our organisation.
- They do not have a SSO solution so we are requesting that their users (external to us) log in to atlassian and enable MFA. Is there a way to enforce this?
- What is te expected behaviour is around MFA, the documentation does not seem to mention it? When do the users of the service desk portal get prompted to enter a new MFA token? We're getting limited success and some users are not being prompted.
- Can we report on which users of our portal have MFA enabled??
We are Jira cloud, with jira service desk enabled.
